FAST METHOD

Make a 20-minute telephone appointment to discuss the service, its logistics, its method and if it corresponds to your project.

DETAILED METHOD

In order to obtain a detailed quote, it is essential to specify your needs:

• number of people to photograph;
• if it’s an individual or a group session;
• the gray background is used by default, please specify if you prefer the white background;
• if you opt for the makeup option.
  

Please also provide your billing details: business name and billing address are required. Other information, such as VAT number/SIRET, is optional.
Please indicate if the address of the session is different from that of the billing.

The quote will be created and sent to you for signature. Please scan it and return it with your purchase order, if applicable.
A 30% deposit invoice will be sent to you.

You will also receive a guide about the service, including preparation tips for the session.

Groups only:
At least 3 days before the date of the session, please send us the list of people photographed in order of presence (first name, last name and email address), in Excel format.
Each participant will then receive their personal photos, at the email address mentioned on the list.

The light configuration is different for women and for men; for this reason, it is best to start with women.

During the session, and in order to move forward efficiently, a representative of the company will have to take charge of the process on site: in practice, his/her role will be to bring the next person on the list.

To ensure optimal turnover, one person will need to be ready and on standby at all times.

In order to save time and create a balance, the equipment will remain on site for the duration of the shooting (several days, if applicable).

The location of the shooting must be locked between the departure of the photographer in the evening, and his arrival the next day.

Only the person photographed will be allowed to be without a mask. No interpersonal physical contact will be allowed.

Hand sanitizers must be provided by the company at the entry and exit of each employee.

During the session, the photos will be transmitted instantly to a laptop.

At the end of their session, each person will be able to choose which photos to keep.

The final invoice will be sent after completion of the service.

The photos will be sent upon receipt of payment.
